Khaki the Ingrate

So, Ben and I finally took the plunge and got a doggy door for Khaki. After several miserable weeks of ordering, sending back, reordering, and waiting on doors, we finally received a new back door for Khaki.

Yes, we had to get a completely new door. And yes, I know it is ridiculous.

All I can say is that she is rather dim or very ungrateful. She doesn't use it! Ben and I stand next the the doggy door multiple times during the day coaxing her in and out of it. We might as well just open up the dang door.

I have high hopes that one day in the near future she will figure this whole thing out, but in the meantime I am overly frustrated.

Did I mention that I hate the doggy door?

I must be crazy for becoming a dog owner and lover.
